Chemical peels

The Bexley ClinicA chemical peel is a treatment used to improve the appearance of the skin on the face, neck or hands.

A chemical solution is applied to the skin which causes trauma to the epidermis, leading the upper layers of the skin to peel away. While the skin begins to heal, increased cell growth produces new, healthier skin that gives the face a more youthful appearance.

As well as offering a range of traditional superficial and medium depth peels (glycolic, salicylic, Jessner’s, TCA and Triplex), The Bexley Clinic also offers the Alumier range of peels – these are mild peels with little or no downtime that are bespoke to suit your individual skin.

And in addition to these, The Bexley Clinic is pleased to announce that it is now offering the much talked-about Perfect Peel. (See for details).

The advantage of this peel is that there is no need for skin preperation, and the effect of just one peel is considered to be at least comparable, if not more effective, than a whole course of many other peels.
